I first read about the Mercury Cafe' a few weeks ago, and was so impressed, that I just had to put them on top! This
restaurant is just awesome!!! From the Organic food, to the cool bathrooms that are "Green", you are sure to have a
dinning experience you will NEVER forget! They even use their grey water from washing dishes to water the garden!
